We give you an window of time and our drivers will contact you 15 minutes in advance.

You can ask to check the color and condition of the product, however, for reasons of time deliverers will not look piece by piece all the set. You have 7 days following delivery to contact us in case of defective or missing parts.
13.Could you move or put outside my old furniture?
For insurance, safety and hygiene reasons we do not allow delivery drivers to move your old furniture.
14.Would you install the furniture upon delivery?
Unless you have paid the assembly service, our drivers will make no assembly.
